When Paul was out shopping for his first bike, the elitist attitude he encountered at multiple motorcycle shops really took the fun out of the experience. He founded South Dublin Motorbikes with a mission to offer outstanding machines paired with the right, reliable mechanics to ensure every enthusiast enjoys their ride!
Al Leson
Master Technician
Al, who is technically "retired", is an electronics wizard who has dedicated his life to honing a multitude of valuable insight & skills. Al started his career in the early 70's working for Ed Labelle Cycle Engineering. Since then Al has owned a British auto & motorcycle shop specializing in engineering/performance, was an RF engineer for RCA Service Company, designing and installing earth stations for the likes of Bonneville Satellite communications, FOX29, & was an Instructor at Philadelphia Wireless Institute. Al is a man of many Talents & overall motorcycle, music, & mechanics enthusiast and lover of cats!
JUAN CARLOS GUTIERREZ
MOTORCYCLE MECHANIC AND FABRICATOR
Juan is a motorcycle mechanic and fabricator who brings true craftsmanship to everything that rolls through the shop. From engine rebuilds and full restorations to custom fabrication, he’s done it all and takes pride in doing it right the first time. His approach blends old-school skill with real-world problem solving, built from decades of hands-on work.
He also speaks multiple Latino languages, making it easy for our diverse rider community to feel comfortable and understood. Around here, he’s known not just for his skill, but for being someone you can trust with your bike—no matter the job.

Tony, with over 40 years of hands-on experience, is a skilled motorcycle and automobile mechanic with unmatched knowledge, precision, and dedication to every job. Beginning his career at a young age, he has worked on a wide range of motorcycles—from classic models to modern machines—developing a deep understanding of engine performance, diagnostics, and repair.
Known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, he takes pride in delivering reliable, high-quality service. His decades of experience have earned him a reputation for honesty, craftsmanship, and the ability to solve even the most complex mechanical issues.Whether performing routine maintenance or full restorations, he approaches each project with passion and expertise, ensuring every motorcycle runs at its best.
